Is Samsung readying its 11.8″, LTE, powerhouse tablet?

Well, that would certainly be a treat!

The Verge has sifted through some court documents from the Apple vs Samsung court case in California (that started today) to find something quite interesting. Samsung has in fact been working on a mammoth 11.8 inch Android tablet (codenamed P10), which is supposed to have LTE connectivity and a 2560 x 1600 (WQXGA) resolution – wow. Samsung will be pushing this device out to compete with the ‘resolutionary’ screen of the New iPad and to find a new niche in the market of huge screens. Possibly to look less like the iPad?

ViewSonic set to announce the biggest Android tablet yet, coming in at 22 inches

ViewSonic have released a teaser image of their upcoming Android ICS running tablet, while also letting us know that we’ll know more at Computex Taipei. When that rolls around on June 5th we’ll be sure to keep you informed of what this supposedly mammoth tab is actually capable of. ViewSonic has stated that the tab is coming, but it is currently in its prototype stages. According to the image, the new beast of a tab will be part of their ‘Touch & Connect’ range.

If ViewSonic do release the 22″ tab it will be the largest Android tablet by a long stretch. There were initially rumours of Samsung being the first to break the 10.1″ limit with its 11.6″ Tab

Galaxy Note coming to Telstra on April 24?

The phone/tablet that is the Galaxy Note is said to be heading to Telstra stores come April 24th. Telstra is the third of Australia’s major telcos to take a punt on the mammoth that is the Note. Australia’s biggest telco will unfortunately not be releasing the Note as a 4G LTE device, yet it will have access to the Next G network. If you ask us it’s a bit strange that such a major device, which has LTE capabilities around the globe, will not be seeing the same speeds down under.

As you would generally expect, Telstra will be selling the Note for slightly more expensive than Optus and Voda. The Note will be running for $0 upfront on the …
