MORE FROM

The Motorola Xoom was the first Android tablet to feature Android 3.0 Honeycomb. It was the pioneer for a whole slew of devices which started hitting stores during 2011 as panoramic tablets. The Xoom has a great pixel resolution (on par with the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1) and has an equally capable 5MP (720p) camera on the rear. While the Xoom matches most first generation tablets with its 1GHz dual-core processor, it certainly falls short of newer tablets now on offer.

The Xoom is a great all-round tablet with the capability to browse the web, watch video and play games comfortably. The Xoom may lag when asked to multi-task between various apps. Overall, it is a great device – especially for those of you interested in ‘vintage’ technology!

This little baby is frigging awesome I mean it dose what I need it to do and that is having mobile broadband on the go. It runs all the apps I want it to run and I know that the Xoom 2 is out. But the funny thing is that their is not diffence between the 2 except that the Xoom 2 is about 20% faster than the Xoom 1 but who cares I certainly don’t. The only downside to the Xoom is that Motorola Australia dose have a very hard time brining out Android OS updates considering they are now owned by Google. But other than that defiantly would recommend this tablet to any one that is looking to get one regardless it’s the Wi-fi or #G+Wi-Fi.
