More reports of Multiple Nexus phones – HTC, LG, Samsung, Sony likely partners

Nexus times two

We reported yesterday about a whole slew of changes for the Nexus program and what the next Nexus phone could  be. After the reports that came out yesterday, we are almost certain that we have a LG Optimus G Nexus on our hands, with the possibility of other Nexus phones on the way.

It is rumoured by Digitimes that according to several industry sources, we could be seeing Nexus devices made by HTC, LG, Samsung and Sony, which whets my Android obsession. Never before have we really had a choice of phones with a stock Android experience, which completely changes the game. However, it is also reported that Google will have an input on the design of the devices and the minimal hardware specifications – sounds a bit like the Windows Phone system to me.

In any case, this is incredibly exciting news and a great way for Google to bring the stock Android experience to more OEMs and more users – win.

Which OEM would you choose for your next Nexus phone? HTC, LG, Samsung or Sony?

this is awesome news though, the nexus devices are already awesome creme of the crops and now theres multiple oems fighting to be the best of the best what could go wrong…carriers of course haha and sadly this will be how i decide which to get, the one that gets sold carrier free for the best deal, honestly we should all hope and yell that they sell all of them in the play store so carriers are truly out of the loop
