Google Play Wishlist rolling out to some devices

An update quietly started rolling out to the Google Play store a while back that let us do a couple new and cool things. First up, we were able to start deleting apps from our ‘My Apps’ section in the Google Play store – finally, a way to clear up the horrid mess that was. We also saw hints a few weeks ago for an upcoming wishlist in the Google Play store.

Well, we saw over on The Verge that Google has just started rolling out this update to the Play Store on a wide scale. Devices seem to be updating and receiving the new Play Store additions. Another new aspect that we are welcoming into the Play Store is the ability for a Wishlist. Essentially, you are now able to bookmark an app so that it will appear in your Wishlist, so that you can access it easily later one. Pretty nifty, aye? Check out the screenshots above to see it in action.

If you don’t have the update just yet then consider restarting your phone, it worked for me.

Wishlist as bookmarks? Then name does not make much sense to me.

Why it is not called Favorites or Bookmarks then?

because its ment to be your wish list of apps and games youd like to buy but can’t just yet, perhaps you then show it to your family so they can buy you the right amount of credit you need with the newly added online gift card buying feature, of course some will use it to ‘bookmark’ apps for later, why not just install em and open them later, but the actual purpose is the, some one buy me these list
