Video: iPhone 5 vs Galaxy S III – who’s the winner?

I always like a little bit of competition, especially when it benefits the consumer. These two phones, with just a little bit of legal tension, have made mobile computing for the common consumer incredibly enjoyable. Apple and Samsung have both brought out a great flagship device and have their positives and negatives.

Sure, we’re an Android enthusiast site, but I’m not going to lie and say the iPhone 5 doesn’t do some things well. What we have here for you today is a video (made in America, notice those big Verizon logos?) of a comparison between the iPhone 5 and the Galaxy S III. It’s an unbiased video review that points out the positives, negatives and similarities between the two phones. Seeing as though WireFly (the site that made the video) is neither Apple nor Android, we can expect quite an unbiased video.

Yes, there’s a winner at the end.

That video got 1 thing wrong about the S3 it has a 1.4 Ghz quad core cpu not a 1.5 dual core cpu

They have different specs for different regions. In Aus it’s got 1gb RAM, not 2, and the quad core at 1.4ghtz, not the 1.5.

Another technicality is that it’s not the 5th iPhone.

      Yes it’s the 6th iPhone.

Also, the 4G variant of the Galaxy S III in Australia has 2GB of RAM and is running Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The 3G is ICS and stuck on 1GB if RAM. Not 100% sure about the clock speed right now though.
