[Update: From $699!] Galaxy Note II launches overseas, get it in Australia from $714
Update: Kogan have dramatically dropped the price of the 16GB model to just $699!
As the Galaxy Note II has today launched overseas, all of us in Australia are raw with envy. What’s worse though, is that we have no idea when the G Note II will be making its debut down under with major retailers and carriers. We already know that Telstra won’t be launching it any time soon, which leaves Optus and Vodafone as the two other majors to have a go at it.
Well, for those of you who just can’t wait for the Galaxy Note II there are a few options out there in the form of grey importers. You can get the Galaxy Note II from just $714 now, which is expected to ship within the next week. Unfortunately, all online retailers are only currently selling the 3G variant of the Galaxy Note II.
Expansys has the 16GB model for $714 in stock now, with the 32GB and 64GB models available for pre-order (includes 1 year warranty).
Kogan has the 16GB variant for $839 in stock now (includes 1 year warranty).
MobiCity has the 16GB variant for $829 in stock now (includes 1 year warranty).
If you’re impatiently waiting for the Galaxy Note II to arrive and are comfortable with buying it outright then there are companies out there for you. Head on over to the links above if you’re interested in grabbing one of these stunning phones.
