[Update: Live in Play Store!] Rovio’s ‘Bad Piggies’ launches tomorrow

Update: The Bad Piggies title is now live in the Google Play Store! Go and download it!

Rovio’s always been one of Android’s greatest and most successful developers. They’ve been behind the great hit that is the Angry Birds series and the lesser known games like Amazing Alex.

This time, Rovio has decided to release a game that is not too dissimilar from Angry Birds. In fact, it takes one of the main characters and focuses on him/her/them. You’d probably know these little green fellas as the ‘Bad Piggies’ that keep stealing those darn eggs.

Anyway, the Facebook page for Bad Piggies made a status early this morning letting us all know that the launch is tomorrow (or late this evening in Australia). Here’s what they had to say:

Woohoo! The Bad Piggies take off tomorrow!!1!

Based on the early video preview, Bad Piggies looks like a really great fresh remix for Angry Birds and will keep users interested. Would you be interested in playing another spin-off?
