Australian ASUS Transformer Pad TF300 (and original?) receiving Jelly Bean update in the next two weeks

ASUS Australia has just let word out that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for the Transformer Pad 300 should be here in the next two weeks. After tweeting at the @ASUSAU Twitter page over the weekend, I received a response saying that the update should be coming soon. You can view it here:

In fact, one of the users who asked ASUS was asking in reference to the original Transformer Pad. The answer was the same for that, so we may be seeing an update to other ASUS tablets over the coming weeks too. Get excited people, the update is coming.

This is the first of any tablet that isn’t the Nexus 7 to be updated to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean so it will be quite exciting to see what happens! We’re looking forward to this one!
