In the wake of Samsung’s Galaxy S III announcement, the world was astonished by the impressive specs and even more impressive software found on the SGS3.  However, the one rumoured aspect that was not included was the 2GB of RAM that came to be expected. Well my friends, LG has filled the gap that Samsung created and manufactured the first Android to feature 2GB of RAM!

The LG Optimus LTE2 features:

  • 2GB of RAM
  • Dual-core 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 processor
  • 4.7 inch True HD IPS display
  • 2150 mAh battery

These specs just scream high-end! We all know how well the Snapdragon processor performs and the 2GB of RAM coupled with a 2150 mAh will make the LTE2 a true powerhouse device that will just keep on truckin’. Top that all off with a 4.7″ True HD IPS screen and you have a real top-end phone that could be grabbing sales from far and wide.

The LTE2 is expected to launch in Korea in mid-May. This would just beat the Galaxy S III’s launch and could potentially grab sales for being the first of the next generation of ‘superphones’ to actually be released – we’d love to see this one come down under!
