New Samsung Galaxy S3 Accessories Images
Each day we get closer and closer to the release of Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy S3. If you’re not too sure what the SIII is, or why it’s so eagerly awaited, check out Josh Sharma’s article. In essence, tech critics are labeling it another “iPhone-killer”. It’s not often that Android devices have official accessories released by their manufacturer, yet Samsung have recently released images of their planned peripherals for the S3. These include: a flip-case, a stylus, a holder and the WiFi Display Hub. Personally, I think they seem a bit outdated, besides the Hub of course. The WiFi Display Hub is actually a pretty cool device. It acts as a wireless interface between your phone and your TV, so you can stream movies and TV shows from your phone right onto your TV. That, in itself, actually makes me consider purchasing the S3.

I’m a bit confused by the stylus though… just look at it! It’s big, chunky, looks heavy and I fear as though it will become more of a burden than a joy. The whole concept of a stylus seems outdated. That being said, Samsung seem to know what they’re doing, so who knows, they may be able set a new trend:

The holder, to me, just looks outdated. It looks like something you’d find covered in dust at the back of JB-HiFi’s Electronic section, the last item being bought in the mid-90’s. But that doesn’t mean it’s not useful: it also acts as an external battery. I guess it would be pretty handy to have in the car, or the office:

Last but not least, the flip-case. I like the flip-case: it looks slick, provides protection against the environment, and doesn’t sacrifice too much size. Although the whole idea of having a case seems very Apple – I rarely see Android users with cases at all, unless they provide extra battery life. Android phones just seem much tougher than iPhones:
