Google Play Link Meets Your Google Toolbar

Some of you may have noticed that yesterday a Google Play store button has made its way into the Google Toolbar up the top of your search. This is great news for Android users, as now there is a quick button to access the Market place and a small part of Android’s Cloud service.

However, Google never does stuff simply, at least for themselves – the way the button works is, if you are logged in to your Android Gmail account while browsing on your desktop, then and only then will the button show up. So you non Android users don’t have to fret that you’re losing valuable quick link space.

However, this really is going to be an easier way around Google’s service. It really does give myself some justification for procrastinating when I’m meant to be blogging. Like come on, I haven’t searched for the Play store in Google… I just clicked a link, that’s not my fault!
